Can I buy directly from ENP?
We only sell to stores and practitioners. One reason is that we are a wholesaler. But the primary reason is that we consider our retailers to be our partners. We do everything we can to support them and part of that is referring customers to them.

What if I am not happy with one of your products?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are unhappy, most stores will refund your money because they know that we will reimburse them. Or, you may ship the unused portion to us for a full refund of your purchase price.

What is the source of the Vegetable Glucosamine?
ENP uses REGENASURE® Glucosamine in all of it’s supplements that contain Glucosamine. REGENASURE® Glucosamine is the only vegetable source glucosamine available on the market today. REGENASURE® Glucosamine HCl is a unique fermentation derived glucosamine. It is produced from a vegetable source (corn). However their is no corn in the product. REGENASURE® is tested for corn DNA and corn proteins, so it is safe even if you are allergic to corn. It is the only non-animal, non-shellfish derived glucosamine hydrochloride. Should I take supplements on an empty stomach?
Feel free to take ENP’s products on a full or empty stomach. If you have a history of having a sensitive stomach you may want to eat prior to taking any supplements until you know how your body will react. One advantage to taking it on an empty stomach is that once the supplement enters the the stomach it does not have to compete for absorption with food unto the bloodstream.

Do ENP’s Products need to be refrigerated?
ENP’s Products do not have to be refrigerated. We however do not recommend storing ENP supplements in areas of extreme temperatures.

Can I take more than one ENP product at a time?
Yes you can. Be careful overlapping ingredients however. Too much of certain ingredients can be detrimental. Always read the label.

Can Children take ENP products?
This can vary from product to product. We never recommend that a child under 2 years of age take any of ENP’s Products. If you have any questions check with your pharmacist or health care practitioner.

Why are ENP’s prices so much lower than their competitor’s?
Most people would assume that a less expensive product means you are sacrificing quality. Nothing could be further from the truth. At ENP our goal is to offer the highest quality products at affordable prices. All of our ingredients come from the most reputable ingredient companies in the industry. We price our products according to current market prices of ingredients. For example, the price of MSM per kilogram is 1/10 of what it was 6 years ago. Most manufacturers haven’t passed that savings on to the consumer. We do! We are very aware of our competition and strive to surpass their quality and prices. You can feel secure when taking ENP product that you are taking the best supplements available.

Can you make your products taste better?
Yes, but only at the expense of potency or by using sugar. We try to find a balance between potency and taste. By not using sugars or sacrificing potency it allows us to meet the needs of a broader base of individuals. Our formulas are flavored using natural flavors and stevia. Try mixing any of our formulas with your favorite juice.

Should I take my daily dosage all at once or should I split it up?
Feel free to choose the dose that works best for you.

Why do I have to take 3-6 capsules of your formulas?
One of the advantages of taking a liquid supplement is the ability to take a more potent formula than you might get by taking an ordinary capsule. In our efforts to bring the potency of a liquid to the convenience of a capsule it may mean swallowing an extra capsule or two, but we promise it will be worth it. Most capsule formulas contain limited amounts of ingredients, especially when using multiple ingredients in a formula. ENP does not skimp in our efforts to provide an effective capsule version of our liquid formulas. Every ingredient and amount you find in our liquid supplements will also be in our capsule versions. No exceptions!!

Why are there preservatives in your liquid products?
In order to increase the stability of liquid products you must use preservatives. This allows the products to maintain a significant shelf life in order to ensure that the product can be produced, sent to the stores and used by the customer before it loses it’s effectiveness.

What kind of flavorings do you use?
ENP uses all natural flavorings and Stevia. You will not find any sugars in any of ENP’s Products.
